From: Ed Bailey <edbailey1948@gmail.com> Sent: Tuesday, December 11, 2018 4:59 AM To: Styron, Heather M. Cc: Elaine Gresham Subject: [External] Disaster dock permit Sorry for the delay in sending this in but thought I had done it back on 10/26/18 when we spoke. Many of the docks and a large portion of the bulkhead at Coral Bay Marina (4531 Arendell Street) and the adjacent property at 106 Riverside Drive were destroyed or damaged by Hurricane Florence in September 2018. We wish to repair and/or replace the bulkhead and docks in the same footprint and configuration that existed before the storm. Both of these properties are owned by High Cotton Enterprises and I am the sole owner of both Coral Bay Marina and High Cotton Enterprises. It was my understanding that this email would be sufficient to apply for an emergency permit to make the repairs. If I need to do more, please let me know by email or telephone. Thank you for your help. The permit can be emailed to this address or mailed to Coral Bay Marina at 4531 Arendell Street, MHC 28557. 1 can come by the office and pick it up if that is more convenient for you. Thank -you.
