Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that I) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

boat lift at 708 Front Street Unit 3 Eury's Landing Condominium (see enclosed map), in the
Town of Beaufort. As requested by CAMA I have enclosed a copy the proposed site plan and
location and description of the boat lift. If you have any questions or comments about the

Good Morning Heather,
Attached is the information for the proposed boat lift at Eury Park.
We have received the signed copy back trom Mr. Eury indicating that he has no problem with the proposal and we also
have the Certified Receipt from USPS showing that Mr. McRae's letter has been signed for as well.
Included are copies of the letter sent to each owner as well as a vicinity map showing the proposed location of the Boat
Lift.
I hope this is information is complete, however if you need something else please let me know.
Our Finance Department is working on the Check for NCDEQ for the General Permit amount of $200 so we will be ready
to pick up the permit when you are ready.
