I have put a packet together for Mr. Falconer and he will meet you tomorrow at my property at 1402 Harbour View Drive in Colington. He will have an updated sketch and riparian notification forms, all attached. I have fixed, and/or clarified the following from your email dated March 2: 1. Dock will be removed and then replaced after relocated to. Ba relocated. I've sketched in a dashed black line where the to be moved abo 3 feet to the east. looked at the Dare GIS, and I can tell you that the black property lines on Dare GIS are not placed correctly. You will be able to see this when you go to the property, because I've had it surveyed and the property line stakes are still in place. When you sight down them, you'll see the dock is currently at about the middle of the 25' of bulkhead. This is also noted on the current survey I have from Eastern Geomatics PLLC and I've included a copy in the packet. 2. 1 corrected the piling labels, made an E and H. Sorry about that. 3. 1 also corrected the labeled boatlift. It is in red, not black. Sorry about that too. It's dimensions will be approximately 10'x20'. I believe this about covers it. If you have any more questions before you come out, I'll try and answer them. I'm in meeting all morning tomorrow but I'll be able to check e-mail about 11:00.
