Dear Ms. MacPherson:
On behalf of the facility owner, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) Company, please accept this letter as
our formal request to perform maintenance repairs to the north mooring dolphin, in accordance with
our site discussion on July 10, 2018. Specific descriptions of the proposed repairs are provided as
follows. No additional footprint is proposed for this repair work.
Repair Items:
1. Repair six(6 ±) ea. hole repairs in the cellular mooring dolphin flat,sheet pile structure
2. Backfill mooring dolphin with #57 stone fill
3. Repair(extend)the existing concrete mooring cross end(s)to fill gap(s)
4. Repair the Vessel Tie-off Bollard (Bitt)
