We will move the picnic table out of the wetland area. Since you have visited the property with the project site plan, I don't think we need to have a site visit with you. But let me check with the -town folks as they may have some questions. Thanks Mark ********************* Mark H. I was in the area and stopped by the site to take a quick look. The site does have jurisdictional waters and wetlands regulated by the Corps although they are limited within the project area. We work closely with CAMA to make sure that our programs match for permitting projects such as yours. In reviewing the project plan you attached the CAMA permitting process would cover any Corps related issues within the project area and would not require additional permitting. The only change I can suggest is the western most picnic table is potentially within a wetland and should be moved to another upland location. If you would still like to meet I am available on the 29th in the morning. It is interested in developing a small park with parking, picnic tables and canoe/kayak access on the creek, draft concept attached. I am assisting the town with planning and grant writing as a consultant to the Albemarle RC&D Council, and would like to schedule a site meeting with you both to look at wetland and permitting issues for the project. How do Nov 21, 28, 29, or 30 look for a morning site meeting? Thanks Mark ********************* Mark H.
