Please contact us with any questions or if other information is needed. 1) Confirmations that the adjacent riparian property owners have been notified by certified mail of the proposed work and that these notifications were received. Please note that we have received the signed receipt from George Williams via postal mail and we are providing the online receipt confirming that someone at the Gambardella residence accepted the certified letter. We did not get the signed receipt back for Gambardella but apparently, as the post office confessed, sometimes a postal carrier neglects to tear the signed stub off and mail it back. Regardless, the online receipt was obtained using our tracking number which we are also providing. 2) The signed agent authorization form 3) Carroll Forehand will pay the $400 General Permit fee and we will reimburse him. You have been very helpful and considerate of our questions and concerns. We also appreciate and gained a lot of insight and interesting information from the pamphlets and brochures you provided.
