I'm sure you're slammed but I do hope you and your family and your home(s) did well during this storm.
We have 3 oceanfronts in Surf City. Two did ok,and one, not so well.
We got the red sign on it by the building inspector. I haven't been able to reach him. I understand that this whole thing
is a process. However,we just bought this house in June of this year and spent a considerable amount of money
remodeling her on the inside and all 3 mortgage companies are saying they'll give us a 90 day freeze but all payments
will be due in full then,which is not so helpful. Our lot is deep enough that we can rebuild and set her back
considerably. That's going to be a whole process of course, but I'm wondering how do we start? I know there is so
much going on. We love this little island and we want to make her even more beautiful. We also need to understand
what our financial exposure is going to be. If you could please return my call or email I would be most grateful.
