Description of Jet Ski Dock
I am installing a jet ski platform that will accommodate smaller stand up skis. The decking will be
pressure treated lumber. The slipways will be PVC sheeting. The middle section will be topped with
black turf for the skis. The dimensions will be 8x11 ft

Dear Mr. Bane,
On August 3, 2018, the Architectural Review Board (ARB) met and reviewed your
submission to install a Jet Ski platform at your assigned slip for your Ballast Point #15
house. Your submission was approved with the following stipulations: ARB prefers the
carpet color to be black, ARB has authority to have it removed at any time, the platform
is subject to periodic inspections and you must stay within your assigned slip space.
