We request that you review the drawing and annotate the document indicating if you do or do not have objection to what we have planned. As you will see the current intent is to keep the pier 1S feet from our adjacent property line. If you do not mind us more centrally locating our pier there is a block where you can indicate if you do or do not wish to waive the 15-foot restriction.
