Gail, We are so excited about seeing more of you and Martin at the river. We love our
place so much.
Once you return the signed form. We'll print it, fill in our name and address at the top as
the property owner and sign the left side at the bottom before submitting it to Kevin .
Hart with CAMA. Mr. Hart indicated that the description below of our project satisfies
the requirement to provide you with our plans. Please feel free to call, text or email if
you have any questions or concerns
Our hope is to get a permit to build a 14' x 28' or smaller cover over the existing boat
lift. Until I get there tomorrow I'm not sure if the existing structure is right at the 15'
setback. If it is then our new pilings (to support the cover) may need to be over the 15'
setback line. We would be encroaching over the line less than a foot. We would
appreciate your consideration in this matter.
We also plan to add a mooring piling up to 25' beyond our existing platform in line with
the Hoggard's mooring piling next door.
Please review the form, note your objections or mark that you have no objections. Also
please initial your choice concerning the waiver of the 15' setback requirement
I'm meeting with CAMA agent, Kevin Hart, on Friday at 10:30am. If it's possible to have
this form back before then I'd appreciate it.
It appears that the attachment -did not work. However, I'm sending it anyway. I'll have Al
help resend it this evening if this one did not work.
