Bald Head Island Limited,LLC procured the services of an
outside inspection firm to perform an underwater inspection of
the Indigo Marina,Southport,NC Ex-Ferry Terminal pile
structure on June 5,2018.

Four piles need to be replaced. Location per report.
New Piles to be P.T.S.Y.P.,CCA 2.0. Bolts(or all thread rod)
Aand nuts to be hot dip galvanized(hdg). Use hdg Ogee Washers
