Wall will be 118' long with 4'— 4.5' exposure. This includes a 10' long wingback on the right side of the property and an 8' long wingback on the left side. We propose to install a new vinyl jetty to extend 20' waterward and perpendicular to the proposed seawall near the dock. Wall will be 20' long and will extend approximately 1' above normal water line. We propose to construct and install a set of heavy duty timber steps, 5' tall and 4' wide. Steps will be constructed from marine grade 4" x 10" timbers and will be held in place at the bottom with two (2) 8" pilings.
