Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 118' long with 4'— 4.5'
exposure. This includes a 10' long wingback on the right side of the property and
an 8' long wingback on the left side.
We propose to install a new vinyl jetty to extend 20' waterward and
perpendicular to the proposed seawall near the dock. Wall will be 20' long and
will extend approximately 1' above normal water line.
We propose to construct and install a set of heavy duty timber steps, 5' tall and 4'
wide. Steps will be constructed from marine grade 4" x 10" timbers and will be
held in place at the bottom with two (2) 8" pilings.
We propose to install one (1) load (appx. 18 tons) of marl boulders to the existing
rock jetty.
