Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Dear George Pushner, Diane Coagan and Sandy & Eric Thinguldstad,
I am your new neighbor and wish to conduct some dredging work around my existing docks in
front of 1107 Caracara, New Bern, NC 28560. The CAMA permit requires that I notify the
adjacent neighbors of my intentions.
The Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statement form is attached. I have also included a site
diagram with the intended areas to be dredged, outlined in red dashed lines, for your review.
There is a section on the form for waver of your riparian rights to me. Understand that is
absolutely not necessary for this proposal. Your riparian rights are not to be infringed upon.

I am your new neighbor and wish to place a floating platform to use for Th all watercra permit

between the existing stationary f the PCC of Fairfield Harbour. H will not my property. view my proposal until I
requires
from CAMA and approval
have secured the Permit from Craven County, CAMA.
CAMNs approval form for the permit is attached. I have also attached a site diagram and a
photo of the completed platform in its current location in Michigan.
The PCC only meets once a month in the winter months. Their next meeting is December 14tn
I would like to be able to make appli
cation to them at that meeting. If I can indulge you to
make a speedy reply to me that would be most appreciated. Please send the signed CAMA
form back to me at 1107 Caracara.
There is a section on the CAMA form for waver of your riparian rights to me. Understand that is
absolutely not necessary for this installation.
