Hi Natasha,
For an exemption from a permit I need an aerial/drawing showing what portions you will be replacing
along with a description including the address and mailing address of the property owner. You can submit
all of that via email if that's easiest. Once the exemption is ready it will need to be picked up here at our
office. Please let me know if you have any questions.

In regards to this property, we are planning to resurface the fixed pier and gazebo- both totaling less than
50% of the project. Daniel requested that I contact you about getting a repair and maintenance permit
for this. We will also be starting a major permit for this client as well.
