He wants to rebuild his pier and float using the existing pier piling and the existing float piling. Everything will be in the same footprint. Also, I talked to you about Frank Daniels at 5 Banks Rd who wants to rebuild the handrail on his pier. You said this would be an exemption. Let me know if you need anything from me.
