If the original/active permit did not include any dredging (ie. We never vetted dredging for this project during the permit application review), then we probably need to do this as a major mod. This element of work is included in the major permit. This request to modify our permit will be to enhance usability of the floating docks with the addition of approximately 500 cubic yards of dredging as indicated on the attached sketch. This dredging was not previously included in our permit. Dredge spoils will be disposed of offsite at an approved permitted location. Attached are copies of adjacent riparian owner notifications for this modification request as well as our check for $100.00. Please accept this request and advise of your decision as soon as possible. It is our desire to move forward with this work as soon as your favorable determination is received.
