Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

To Whom It May Concern:
The 10th annual Southern Outer Banks Boat Show & Outdoor Expo, in conjunction with the N.C. Seafood
Festival, is quickly approaching and we are looking forward to the excitement. This year, we are looking
forward to our new, in- water location at the Morehead City town docks. We have also partnered with
EZ Docks to add additional floating dock space to display more boats. We are applying for a CAMA
permit to be able to display boats in water.
The boat show will run October 2nd from 11-5, October Y, from 10-5, and October 41h from 114. The
show will have security detail during off show hours to keep visitors off the docks. The additional docks
are to be installed 9/29/2015 and removed 10/6/2015.
As an adjacent riparian property owner to the aforementioned project, I am required to notify you of
the development in order to give you the opportunity to comment on the project. The enclosed drawing
depicts our proposed dock diagram.
Coastal Management requires me to notify you of our intent to install these temporary docks during the
Seafood Festival. Please see the enclosed diagram and owner statement. At your convenience, please
