Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become null and void. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian landowner(s) . What he did not know was any lots within this s/d are required to go through the major permit process. I have another question ... Mr. Mercer told me he doesn't own any of the property at The Oaks any longer but two of the public spaces are listed as in his ownership. I also went to the Deeds page on your site and (finally) found a Deed (105226) dated 4/30/04 which states that all common areas, roads, etc. at The Oaks belong to The Oakes Homeowner's Association. Here are PIN #'s .for common area property that GIS says is owned by Mr. Mercer: 0 731505170769000 0 731505171998000 All of the other common area property is owned by the Homeowner Association so it doesn't make sense that Mr. Mercer would still own these two parcels.
