In order to repair/replace the bulkhead and prevent any further loss of upland, we must reapply for a CAMA permit before we can start work. With that said, we are sending you the required CAMA form, "Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Notification form", for your signature and approval. Last time, when we extended the side of the bulkhead adjacent to your property you approved the waiver from the setback and hopefully you will again. It requires your initials and signature. We appreciate your help with this process.
