confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .

Thanks for helping me with this project. The attachment shows what I would like to do. The extension would be one 8'
section of concrete decking, the boat lift on the west side, and 2' or 4' walkway west of new lift and pilings allowing a
guest to tie up when visiting. Please send me latest adjacent property owner consent form and cost of necessary
permit. I expect to get together with Mr. Billy Norris soon to also discuss these plans. Your assistance is appreciated.
