We have contracted with a company that specializes in this type of work and plan to begin construction when all permits and authorization requirements are met. We are required to inform all neighbors of our intention to add to the waterfront and to provide a drawing of our plan. Below is a drawing of our intended development on the waterfront. Your property is located to the left side of the drawing. In this drawing the walk way will only be 3' wide rather than the 6' indicated. We intend to have a boat hoist, a floating dock, and a swinging PWC lift as indicated. The contractor will get all necessary permits and insure that we are in compliance with the offset requirements. We intend to locate the swinging PWC lift on a piling on the bulkhead 10 feet from your property line. This requires your concurrence.
