They are only wanting to install the floating platform over the channel setback. Would the navigation section have a problem with this for a CAMA general pier permit? I appreciate it. Our conversation helped me to better understand docks in Beaufort, NC. That helps me with care and maintenance of my dock, and also gave me a better understanding of what my next door neighbors face with their dock. As part of our conversation you asked me to send you a copy of my email to TD Eure who I believe will be doing the work on the 1609 Front Street dock. Attached to that email is a copy of the Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statement that I signed for the Carpenter's. With the amendments to the design, I had no objection to their design.
