Whatever makes the best use of the limited space while allowing kayak and SUP access. • Vegetate the slope / te►raced area with native species • Some level of walkway down the slope that takes into account the natural landscape • 10' x 20' Deck within the 30' CAMA Buffer. • To include less than 75yd of dredging to access boat lift WAIVER SECTION I understand that a pier, dock, mooring pilings, boat ramp, breakwater, boathouse, lift, or groin must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by me.
