Contractors are hereby notified that they must provide proof of insurance and Workman's Compensation. A separate bid must be submitted for each walkway. Plans and specifications are available at the Emerald Isle Parks and Recreation Department, 7500 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC. Interested contractors may obtain a set of plans M-F, 8am-9pm. All bids must be accompanied by no less than three (3) work references for services performed within the last eighteen (18) months, Proof of Insurance and completed e-verify. Price quotes must be submitted to the attention of Alesia Sanderson at the address above no later than December 1711 at 1:00 pm. Work shall not begin until January 5th, 2015 and must be complete by March 13th, 2015.
