At this time, we would like to take down. those trees and remove the debris/stumps. We have contacted a tree removal company and walked down the lots with them so that they understand exactly what we want. While there, we are also going to remove the pine trees from the lot, leaving the oak trees undisturbed. We want to leave the lots as natural as possible so we are leaving everything we can. Should we need to bring in any fill dirt, it will be minimal and it's purpose will be to backfill holes. We are not starting the grading portion at this time. We are reviewing house plans but still haven't decided on a final layout. Once we finalize our plans, we will present it to the committee for review. At this time, our goal is to remove the dead trees and pine trees, while leaving the lots clean and presentable.
