I have already given a waiver to LAMA when he remodeled his home before, several yeas ago. At that time, the rear of the house was extended and interfered with our sight line. I object to any further encroachment of my sight line at the rear of the house. The plans look like they extend the rear of the house another 4 feet 2 inches. Please do not allow this request. 2. The second objection I have is the bump out of the window in the kitchen on the second floor. This also extends. on the side of the house my lot is on and into the ten foot easement area. 3. 1 have no major objection with the circle driveway but would require that the Homeowner's Association and Architecture Committee grandfather my lot to have the same coverage for the home, same set backs, same distance from the rear of the lot, and the exact same driveway. I would like the adjacent lot owner #4, Mr. Barnes, to give his approval in writing. If not, I would object because this encroachment is in the ten foot set back.
