This permit authorizes: Construct additlon, decks, expand.diivgway
(1) All proposed development and associated construction' must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drawings(s) dated received on 05/29/07.
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C, Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations,
applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations .
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a reevaluation and
modification of this permit. ; ,

This permit action may be appealed by the permatee or other qualified Persons
within twenty (20) days of the Issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any
work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved, Ns

Renovation of Home Lot #2
Dear Ms. Bames,
On May 23, 2007, 1 received a letter from Ivan Peacock dated May 12, 2007, in regards to his
permit to renovate his home on the adjacent lot #2.
1 own lot #3 and have the following objections:
1. - The rear of the existing house should not exceed the present plan. I have already given
a waiver to LAMA when he remodeled his home before, several yeas ago. At that time,
the rear of the house was extended and interfered with our sight line. I object to any
further encroachment of my sight line at the rear of the house.
The plans look like they extend the rear of the house another 4 feet 2 inches. Please do
not allow this request.
2. The second objection I have is the bump out of the window in the kitchen on the second
floor. This also extends. on the side of the house my lot is on and into the ten foot
easement area.
3. 1 have no major objection with the circle driveway but would require that the
Homeowner's Association and Architecture Committee grandfather my lot to have the
same coverage for the home, same set backs, same distance from the rear of the lot,
and the exact same driveway. I would like the adjacent lot owner #4, Mr. Barnes, to give
his approval in writing. If not, I would object because this encroachment is in the ten foot
set back.

I acknowledge that the land owner is aware that the proposed development is planned for an area which may be susceptible to
erosion and/or flooding. I acknowledge that the local permit officer has explained to me the particular hazard problems associ-

Renovation of Home Lot #2
Dear Ms. Barnes,
On May 23, 2007, 1 received a letter from Ivan Peacock dated May 12, 2007, in regards to his
permit to renovate his home on the adjacent lot #2.
I own lot #3 and have the following objections:
The rear of the existing house should not exceed the present plan. I have already given
a waiver to CAMA when he remodeled his home before, several yeas ago. At that time,
the rear of the house was extended and interfered with our sight line. I object to any
further encroachment of my sight line at the rear of the house.
The plans look like they extend the rear of the house another 4 feet 2 inches. Please do
not allow this request.
2. The second objection I have is the bump out of the window in the kitchen on the second
floor. This also extends on the side of the house my lot is on and into the ten foot
easement area.
3. 1 have no major objection with the circle driveway but would require that the
Homeowner's Association and Architecture Committee grandfather my lot to have the
same coverage for the home, same set backs, same distance from the rear of the lot,
and the exact same driveway. I would like the adjacent lot owner #4, Mr. Barnes, to give
his approval in writing. If not, I would object because this encroachment is in the ten foot
set back.

home at 106 Tammy Paige Court, Cedar Point, NC. The CAMA application process
requires that the adjacent property owners be notified of the project. I have enclosed a

proposed renovation for your review.
