the necessary'filing of an application for a CAMA Minor Development Permit under
the Coastal Area Manager ent Act. After making a site inspectidn 8121107, 1 haVe ^t
determined that the activity you propose is exempt from needing a CAMA Minor
Development Permit, as 16j g as it remains consistent with your project drawing,`
submitted on 8120/07,and it also meets the conditions spegified below. .If you
