One was in reference to a CAMA application. I have attached an old drawing from the original construction of the dining room that shows the location of the CAMA line. As the addition does not cross this line we assumed we did not need to apply for the CAMA permit. Please advise. The second comment was about the use of the new addition. They are going to use the new area as,a foyer, so members do not walk right into the dining area. Half the addition would be a waiting area, and the ocean side would have two dining tables. There would be no food prep or other activities in the new space. I hope this information will be sufficient for the issuance of a Building Permit.
