C. Building Code, and the Local Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance as required by the National Flood Insurance Program, If any provislans of the bulding code or a flood damage prevention ordinance are Inconsistent with any of the following AEG standards, the more restrictive provision shall control. (6) The structure rnust be located entirely oft' of the frontal dune. (7) The Wucture must be located behind the primary dune and no dune diaturbarm allowed, (8) Dune disturbances will be allowed only to the extent necessary for development and if the dune's protective value is not weakened or reduced. Disturbed dune areas will be immediately stabilized. (9) All unoonsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained an site by effective sedimentation and erosion control measures. Disturbed areas shall be vegetatatively stabilized (planted and mulched) within 14 days of construction completion.
