Any violation of these terms may subject parmittoo to a fine, imprisonmont or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. This is a permit authorizing the placement of fill landward of the bulkhead for approximately 20' located at 116 Hoop Pole Creek Dr. Any other development will require additional permits or a modification of this permit. The following conditions shall apply: All proposed development must be done in accordance with the permitted workplat drawing as submitted, stamped and received on August 16, 2005. Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit. Grading within the 30' buffer from the normal high water mark must be contoured to prevent additional stormwater runoff to the adjacent marsh, This area shall be Immediately vegetatively stabilized and must remain in a vegetated state. All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by effective sedimentation and erosion control measures. Prior to any land disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter cloth must be installed between the land disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water areas until such time as the area has be properly stabilized with a vegetative cover. In order to prevent sedimentation, a vegetated buffer zone must be maintained between all disturbed areas and the adjacent water body or marsh. Prior to initiating any land -disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter cloth, staked hay bales or burlap must be installed between the land -disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water areas, until such time as the area has been property stabilized with a vegetated cover. Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7J.0406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, sold or otherwise disposed of to a third party. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing dato_ From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per- mit m,.st cease until tho appeal is rosolvod. This permit must be on tho project site and accessible to the permit officor when tho projoct is Inspected for compliance. Any maintonance work or project modifications not covered under this permit requires further written permit approval.
