DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY: Construction of a single-family dwelling. CONDITIONS: Any change in this proposal shall be reevaluated by the CAM Officer. A building permit is required. Construction must be performed in accordance with the permitted workplat drawing originally submitted 03/11/05. All construction must conform to the NC Building Code and all other Local, State, and Federal regulations IN ADDITION, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOUR PROJECT: 1. The amount of built -upon area shall be limited to no more than 25% of the Outstanding Resource Water (ORW) area of the land to be developed; in this case, 2248 sq. ft. 2.
