CAMA PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(b), Carteret County, a locality
authorized to issue CAMA permits in areas of environmental
concern, hereby gives notice that on March 8, 2005, Bluewater
Associates, applied for a CA14A Minor Permit to construct a
single-family dwelling on their property located at 139 White
Heron Dane, Lot 20 Bluewater Cove Subdivision.
The application may be inspected at the address below.
Public comments received by March 19, 2005 will be considered up
to the time of permit decision. Project modifications may occur
