Any violation of those terms may subject permittee to aline, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to bo null and void, This is a permit authorizing the construction of an addition located approximately 36' landward of the normal high water mark located at 103 Pond Dr. Any other development will require additional permits or a modification of this permit. The following conditions shall apply: All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted workplat drawin as submitted, stamped and received on March 9, 2005. The amount of impervious surface area shall not exceed 30O7o of the lot area within 75' of the normal high water mark, which defines the Coastal Shoroline AEC at this location. In this case, 510.60 sq. ft. of additional impervious surface is authorized, making a total of 1,107.87 sq. ft. of impervious surface area within the 75' AEC on this lot. All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other Local, State and Federal regulations. Any chango or changes in the plans for development, Construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit. In order to prevent sedimentation, a vegetated buffer zone must be maintained between all disturbed areas and the adjacent water body or marsh. Prior to initiating any land -disturbing activities, a barrier lino of filter cloth, staked hey bales or burlap must be installed between the land -disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water areas, unfit such time as the area has been properly stabilized with a vegetated cover. Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7J.0406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, sold or otherwise disposed of to a third party. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or ofhor qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing data From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per- mit must eerie until the appeal is resolved. You should post this notice at a conspicuous point along your property where it can be observed from a public road. Some examples would be: Nailing the notice card to a telephone pole or tree along the road right-of- way fronting your property; or at a point along the road right-of-way where a private road would lead one into your property.
