Any violation of these terms may subject Dermittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. This is a permit authorizing the demolition of the existing single family dwelling and the construction of a new single family dwelling located 30' landward of the normal high water mark located at 105 North Shore Dr. Any other development will require additional permits or a modification of this permit. The following conditions shall apply: All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted workplat drawinc as submitted, stamped and received on July 1, 2005. This permit does not authorize any decking within the 30' buffer. The applicant has effectively demonstrated, through engineered, innovative construction design, that the amount of impervious surface areas may be exceeded in a way that runoff water will be managed to a similar degree as limiting coverage to 30%. This design allows for 49.4% of impervious surface area within the AEC of this project site. The submitted design was done by Ronald Cullipher.of Stroud Engineering, P.A., submitted on July 1, 2005, and is dated June 30, 2005. The innovative stormwater system authorized with this permit must be maintained for the life of the structure addressed. All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other Local, State and Federal Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a.re-evaluation and modification of this permit. In order to prevent sedimentation, a vegetated buffer zone must be maintained between all disturbed areas and the adjacent water body or marsh. Prior to initiating any land -disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter cloth, staked hay bales or burlap must be installed between the land -disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water areas, until such time as the area has been properly stabilized with a vegetated cover. Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7J.0406 -This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per- mit m„st cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered under this permit requires further written permit approval. All work cease when this permit expires on December 31 In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consistent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
