This permit awhort`es (1) Construct a 10' x 20' wood treated deck at 111 Westmouth Bay Drive„Harkers Island, North Carolina within 30' of the NIRW of a canal off Westmouth Bay in the AEC area of environmental concern. (2) The amount of Impervious surface areas shall not exceed 30% of the lot area within the 75' area of environmental concern (ORW). (3) A maximum of 200 square feet shall be in the 30-foot buffer zone. (4) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawings(s) dated recalved December 7, 2004, (5) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations. (6) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and modiffcatfon of this permit. (7) Pursuant to 13 N•C,A.C., Subchapter 73.0406(B), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, sold, or otherwise disposed of to a thurd party. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty ('A) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal Is resolved, This permit must be on the proja<K site and accessible to the permit officer when the project Is inspected for compliance, Any maintenance work or project moditcatlon not covered under this permit, require further written permit approval, All work must cease when this peiTnit expires on December 31, 2007 In Issuing this permit it Is agreed that this project is conslstent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances. All lumber is treated #2, and all piling across the water are treated to 2.5 c.c.a, round in 81, 16',' and 20' lengths feet. Stringers are 2x6x10' with 2' overlap, and all bolts are 5/8 hot dipped and nails are 12d, and 60d hot dipped. The construction design is similar to attached detail & layout drawings.
