Issued to Grady L. Robbins, Jr. , authorizing development in Atlantic Beach Estuarine Shoreline at 219 Moonlight Dr. Carteret County as requested in the permittee's application, dated 11/24/03 This permit, issued on 1/16/04 is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. This is a renewal of CAMA Minor Development permit #00-30 authorizing the construction of a 28' x 44' single family dwelling located 25' landward of the normal high water mark with a 10' x 32' open deck located 15' landward of the normal high water mark at 219 Moonlight Dr. Any other development will require additional permits or a modification of this permit The following conditions shall apply. All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted workplat drawing and application originally submitted. The applicant has voluntarily agreed to deflect one-fourth of the stormwater runoff within the 75' Area of Environmental Concern towards the front of the lot located outside of the 75' Area of Environmental Concern. Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit All construction must conform to North Carolina Building Code requirements and all other Local, State and Federal regulations. The amount of impervious surface areas shall not exceed 30% of the lot area within the 75' Area of Environmental Concern (AEC). In order to prevent sedimentation, a vegetated buffer zone must be maintained between all disturbed areas and the adjacent waterbody or marsh. In this case, a 15' wide buffer has been accepted. This permit will expire in two years and cannot be renewed again unless substantial development of the lot has begun. Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7J.0406(b), this permit may not be assigned,. transferred, sold or otherwise disposed of to a third Party. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per- mit m.st cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered under this permit requires further written permit approval.
