TO REPLACE AN EXISTING DECK WITH A NEW DECK AND ENCLOSED SCREEN ROOM AT 387 STEWART DRIVE, BEAUFORT, NORTH CAROLINA, 36-FEET FROM THE NHW OF JARVIS CREEK IN THE AEC AREA OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERN. THE AMOUNT OF IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AREAS SHALL NOT EXCEED 30% OF THE LOT AREA WITHIN THE 75' AREA OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERN (AEC). A 30' VEGETATED BUFFER MUST BE PLACED BETWEEN ALL IMPERVIOUS AREAS AND SURFACE WATERS. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance worts or project modifications not covered under this permit requires further written permit approval.
