Dear Roy:
i hereby make application for a modification of C:AMA permit # 98-191 (192 Salterpath
Rd.) to expand the concrete driveway previously approved. The additional arcs will be
on the west elevation of the house in the dimension of approximately 25 feet wide and 57
feet long per the attached sketch. The area in the AEC is approximately 540 square feet.
The adjacent property owners have been informed acid there positive responses received.
