The attached are submitted, as instructed, in order to amend my CAMA MINOR
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (Permit Number 98-207). The Permit is to be amended in order to
construct a retaining wall of no more than 120 feet on my property as indicated in the attached
survey. We plan to begin construction of our residence on the property at 9922 Bluff Court, Blk
47N, Lot 6 in the Spinnaker's Landing subdivision.
The retaining wall will be two (2) feet in height. The materials to be used will be:
6x6 Pressure Treated lumber
2x6 tongue&groove Pressure treated lumber
518 metal threaded rods
The wall will be used primarily for landscaping and be in conformance with our Restrictive
Covenants.
