SALTER: EXEMPTED PROJECT (MINOR) 347-95 We have received the information submitted to this office in your inquiry con- cerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor development permit providing it complies with the condi- tions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet those conditions, please contact me before proceeding. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS: Activity: Construct a 4' x 23' addition to existing carport. Conditions: There shall be no other land disturbance activities within the A.E.C. Total Sq. Ft. shall not exceed sq. ft. on submitted plat. All work shall be in accordance with submitted plat. All work shall comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations. This certification of exemption from requiring a LAMA Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a review of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
