Re: Lot 33, Tradewinds Mobile Home Park
Indian Beach, N. C.
Dear Mr. Mercer:
I am enclosing a plot plan showing the proposed location of
a new mobile home and addition on the referenced lot. Mack
Baker of Outer Banks Development has recorded all the
information relative to the original covered areas for each
lot.
The information that I have, indicates that the previous
mobile home on this lot covered 720 square feet of space and
had a covered porch of 152 square feet, for a total of 872
square feet. Our proposed coverage is 654 square feet.
I am also enclosing the recorded survey of the complete
property. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Dear Mr. Peele:
The Division of Coastal Management hereby acknowledges receipt of your application
for a CAMA minor development permit at your property located in the Trade Winds Mobile
Home Park, in the Town of Indian Beach. It was received on February 17, 1995„ and appears
to be adequate for processing at this time. The projected deadline for making a decision is
March 2, 1995.
NCGS 113A-119(b) requires that Notice of an application be posted at the location of the
proposed development. Enclosed you will find a "Notice of Permit Filing" postcard which must
be posted at the property of your proposed development. You should post this notice at a
conspicuous point along your property where it can be observed from a public road. Some
examples would be: Nailing the notice card to a telephone pole or tree along the road right-of-
way fronting your property; or at a point along the road right-of-way where a private road would
lead one into your property. Failure to post this notice could result in an incomplete application.
An onsite inspection will be made, and if additional information is required, you will be
notified. Please contact me if you have any questions.
Cordially yours,
o
