Box 6159 Kinston, NC 28501 REFERENCE: 202 Club Colony Dear Mr. Hill: ZMAY-L, 1 5 ir95 i G A final inspection was conducted at 202 Club Colony on May 1, 1995, at which time I considered the building safe to occupy and permitted temporary occupancy, pending correction of some minor discrepancies. Your superintendent felt the noted discrepancies would be corrected by May 4, 1995. As of this date, there has not been a request to reinspect. The most prevailing discrepancy was the partially enclosed gazebo, which houses a refrigerator, ice maker, sink, etc. CAMA regulation and permit #12-94 only authorized an open gazebo. The enclosed portion of the gazebo must be modified to meet the definition of a fully open gazebo. Temporary occupancy of a building is only permitted for a specific period of time without a Certificate of Occupancy. The normal period of temporary occupancy is 30 days. Since 10 days have elapsed since the inspection, I must insist that all noncompliance items noted are corrected and a reinspection requested no later than June 1, 1995. Do not hesitate to contact me should there be any questions. Sincerely, c L C.
