We have received the information submitted to this office in your inquU con-
cerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit
under the Coastal Area Management Act. The activity you propose is exempt
from needing a minor development permit providing it complies with the condi-
tions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no
longer meet those conditions, please contact me before proceeding.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS:
Activity: Construct a 25'x 50' addition to existing house and construct a
170' pier which includes a 121x 24' platform at the end.
Conditions: Total impervious surfaces of area within 75' of high water mark
shall not exceed 30%. There shall be no other land disturbance.
All work shall be in accordance with submitted plat. Pier shall
not exceed 200 ft in length. Pier shall be no closer than 15 ft
to adjacent property lines. Pier shall not interfere with
established navigation rights. All work shall comply with all
Federal, State and Local regs. A building permit is required.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit is valid for .
ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a review of
the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
