authorizing development in Emerald Isle 1 , at 108 Bogue Court, Block 53,
Lot 15B as requested in the permittee's application dated June 10, 1992
This permit, issued on June 23, 1992 , is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing
(where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these
terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
INLET HAZARD AREA
1.
All development in the Inlet Hazard Area shall be set back from
the first line
of stable'vegetation of'distance of 150 feet, as shown on the
CAMA application.
2.
Permanent structures shall be permitted at a density of no more
than one residential
unit per 15,000 square feet. oP (S,�d orGa.
3.
Established common-law and statutory public rights of access
to the public trust
lands and waters in inlet hazard areas shall not :be eliminated
or restricted.
4.
Structure must be located entirely off the frontal dune, and,
if a primary dune
is present, behind the crest of the dune.

The structure must be elevated on pilings with a diameter of
at least eight inches,
and, the first floor`•level`.of the sills and joists must meet
the.minimal 100-year,
flood floor level (11.31).`

All pilingsshall `have'a tip penetration of at least,Sfeet
below the lowest ground
elevation under the structure, if located on a` primary dune,
the -tip penetration
becomes five (5) feet below mean sea level.
7.
All silts/sedimentation run off must remain on site.
8.
NO filling shall take place outside the hash marks, as shown
on the CAMA application.
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing
date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this
permit must cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered
under this permit require further written permit approval.
All work must cease when this permit expires on
DECEMBER 31, 1995
In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consis-
tent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
This permit may not be transferred to another party without
the written approval of the Division of Coastal Management.

in Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives NOTICE that on June 10, 1992
James and Mary Bair applied for a CADtA permit to erect single-family
dwelling, marl drive, septic area at 108 Bogue Ct., Block 53, lot 15B, Emerald isle.
The application may be inspected at the address below. Public comments received by
