CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
PURSUANT TO NCGS 113A-119(B), Emerald Isle, a locality authorized to issue permits
in Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives NOTICE that on April 29, 1992
Robert A. Anderson applied for a CAMA permit to add a hip -roof over
existing 101x10' deck. at-11001 Inlet Drive, Block 52.
The application may be inspected at the address below. Public comments received by
May 11, 1992 will be considered. Later comments will be accepted
and considered up to the time of permit decision. Project modifications may occur
based on further review and comments. •Notice of the permit decision on this matter
will be provided upon written request.

MEMORANDUM RE: Request for CAMA Minor Development by Mrs. Robert
A. Anderson, 11001 Inlet Drive, Emerald Isle, N.C.
Dear Mr.Brown:
This letter serves as notification that a CAMA Minor Development
Permit is being requested by Mrs. Anderson, the property owner
immediately east of your property. The purpose of the request is to add a
simple hip -style roof above the existing 10'x 10' deck located
approximately 70'' south of the Anderson home on their beach access
walkway.
The new structure will be constructed to the standards of the North
Carolina Building Code, and will be located entirely within existing zoning
set backs.
