The activity yo:: propose is exempt fro:,i needing a Minor Development Permit, as long as it neets the condi- tions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet those conditions, please contact me before proceeding. A single-family residence must be located more than 40 feet la=,dward of the mean high-water mark, or normal water level, within the Estuar:ne Shoreline Area of Environmental Concern No land disturbing activity may occur within that 40-foot buffer zone other than construction of a 6-foot wide a:zess to the water.
