THIS PERMIT AUTHORIZES THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 384 SQUARE FEET SCREEN PORCH
TO EXISTING HOUSE. CONSTRUCTION WILL, TAKE PLACE APPROXIMATELY 65 FEET OFF
THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY. ANY OTHER DEVELOPMENT WILL REQUIRE
ADDITIONAL PERMITS OR MODIFICATION OF THIS PERMIT,

ALL PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AND ASSOCIATED CONSTRUCTION MUST BE DONE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICATION DATED FE13RUARY 01, 2007, ORK PLAT
DRAWINGS DATED SEPTEMBER 26,2002,
THE AMOUNT OF BUILD -UPON AREA SHALL BE LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN 30% OF THE
AREA WITHIN 75' FROM THE NORMAL HIGH WATER CONTOUR/NORMAL WATER
CONTOUR, WHICH DEFINES THE COASTAL SHORELINE AEC AT THIS LOCATION.
PRIOR TO INITIATING LAND-DISTRUBING ACTIVITIES, ADEQUATE
SEDIMENTATION/EROSION CONTROL MEASURES MUST BE EMPLOYED TO PREVENT THE
MOVBMEN'T OF UNCONSOLIDATED MATERIALS INTO THE MARSH OR WATER. THESE
MEASURES MUST REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE AREA IS PROPERLY
STABILIZED WITH VEGETATED COVER.
ALL CONSTRUCTION MUST CONFORM TO THE NORTH CAROLINA BUILDING CODE
REQUIREMENTS AND ALL OTHER LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other
qualified persons within twenty.(20) days of the issuing date.
From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per-
mit m„st cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered
under this permit requires further written permit approval.

CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113a-119(b), Onslow County, a locality authrized to issue CAMA
Permits in Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives NOTICE that on February 2,
2007, Martin Berndt applied for a CAMA permit to construct an 16'x 24' screen
porch. Construction will take place approximately 65 feet off The Intracoastal
Waterway. Property is located at 168 Leslie Drive, Hubert, NC.
Application may be inspected at the address below. Public
Comments received by will be considered. Later comments
will be accepted and considered up to the time of permit decision. The Aforementioned
project is within an area of Environmental concern. Project modifications may occur
