This permit authorizes the demolition of the existing residence, and the construction of a new single family residence, contingent upon the following conditions: 1. All portions of the driveway and parking pad are hereby deleted from the plans and are not authorized under this permit. 2. All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted workplat drawing (s) as originally submitted,. or as revised by telephone conversation on August 23, 2001. 3. All development to include ground disturbance, must terminate 30' from the normal high water contour line. 4. All construction must conform to the North Carolina Building Code requirements and all other Local, State and Federal regulations... _ _ 5.
