The activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor development permit as long as it meets the condition specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet these conditions please contact me before proceeding. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS: Construct a pier 6 ft. wide by 135 ft. long with .20 ft. x 12 ft. Tee at the end. ..The; MLW. is 3.5 ft. deep.
