Dear Mr. Tuton:
We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your inquiry
concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit
under the Coastal Area Management Act The activity you propose is exempt from
needing a minor development.permit as long as it meets the condition specified
below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet these
conditions please contact me before proceeding.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS:
Construct a pier 6 ft. wide by 35 ft. long with a 20 ft. x 12 ft. Tee at
the end. The MLW is 3.5 ft. deep. The pier will be more than 15 ft. from any
Property line and will be elevated over some wetlands.
