If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet these conditions please contact me before proceeding. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS: Construct a pier 6 ft. wide by 35 ft. long with a 20 ft. x 12 ft. Tee at the end. The MLW is 3.5 ft. deep.
